Telehealth helps you access the same services as our Residential programs with 24/7 assistance from our specialist teams.

This is a great option for families who can't make it to our Noble Park location.

This program supports families with children aged from newborn until their 4th birthday.

Before you begin your program, we'll send you a link to our online helpline platform, Health Direct.

This platform lets you contact us at any time via video, phone, or chat: giving you easy access to advice and information to help you along your parenting journey. Daily educational sessions can also be accessed through this program.

Health Direct is a secure platform with two-factor authentication ensuring the security of personal information and your privacy.

Parents/carers can self-refer to QEC. Once your referral is received and processed, our Assessment and Intake team will contact you. Together you can discuss your needs and parenting goals, and choose a program best suited for your family.
