Each day includes a simple activity and prompt that encourages you to take a moment for yourselves—whether it’s a breathing exercise, a short walk, or a creative project. It's a great way to bond as a family while teaching kids the importance of taking care of their minds and feelings.
We're excited to announce our new Rainbow PlaySteps, our evidence-informed, facilitated play group for LGBTIQA+ parents and caregivers with children aged from newborn until their 4th birthday. This program, starting in Term 1 of 2026, will be facilitated by a member of the queer community. It offers a unique opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn and grow with their children in a supportive and inclusive environment.
