This course has extremely wide applications across many professions. Any person that is involved in working closely with parents and extended families will benefit enormously from the skills gained in this training. In fact these skills can be applied in many ways professionally and personally, establishing successful, respectful partnerships.
The Family Partnership model has been widely implemented around the world and is the basis for many successful early intervention programs for families. The model assists practitioners to develop highly respectful relationships with parents. Participants are assisted to understand what it really means to work in partnership with families and reflect on their knowledge, skills and confidence.
